Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

2. What We Will Do Upon Receiving a DMCA Notice
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
Investigate the claim to verify the validity of the complaint.
Remove or disable access to the infringing content if the claim is substantiated.
Notify the alleged infringer (if available) of the complaint and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. A counter-notice must include the following information:
Your contact information: Name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A description of the material that was removed or disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the court in your location.
Your signature (physical or electronic).

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we may terminate the accounts or access of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

5. Disclaimer of Liability
eHindITimes will not be liable for any damages arising from the removal or disabling of content in response to a valid DMCA notice.
